The Ministry of Internal Affairs celebrated the Professional Day of the Security Police. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Giorgi Butkhuzi, Chairman of the Security Police Department, Teimuraz Kupatadze, as well as the leadership of the department and employees of the mentioned structural unit.
The event was launched with an opening speech of the Chairman of the Security Police Department. Teimuraz Kupatadze congratulated the employees on their professional day and thanked them for their conscientious performance of their professional duties and wished them professional successes. In his speech, the Head of the Security Police outlined the priority directions of the department and focused on future plans.
The event dedicated to the Day of the Security Police, was attended by the department's personnel. At the event the car fleet of various structural units were exhibited.
At the end of the ceremony, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and the Chairman of the Security Police Department awarded 26 employees distinguished by their professional dedication: two employees of the Security Police were awarded with the Ministry's medallion for special merits, while 24 employees were handed over with a certificate of gratitude for the conscientious performance of their official duties.
