As a result of immediate operative measures and investigative actions, officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested G.F., born in 1991, who had a previous conviction, on charges of causing serious health injury on purpose.
The crime envisions up to 7 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that during a confrontation that began on the basis of a mutual dispute, the accused person inflicted various types of injuries to two people: K.Ch., born in 1967, and K.T., born in 1961, using a blunt object. The injured individuals have been taken to a medical facility.
The police arrested G.F. shortly after the incident.
The investigation is underway under Articles 117, 118 and Part 1 of 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
