The committed crime envisions the term of imprisonment from 2 to 4 years.
The investigation established that the accused G.F. contacted L.G., born in 1971, via a mobile phone and demanded a certain amount of cash. In case of refusal to transfer the specified amount, he threatened to kill her.
The police arrested G.F. as an accused person.
The investigation is underway under Article 181, Part I of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
