As a result of complex operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Batumi Police Division under Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested N.V., born in 2008, U.Ch., born in 2011, S.K., born in 2009, and D.G., born in 2008, on charges of group violence against two people.
The committed crime envisions the imprisonment for a term of up to 2 years.
The investigation established that the defendants, on August 28 of the current year, committed physical violence against two people in Batumi as a group, after which they fled the scene.
As a result of the operational measures and investigative actions carried out within the frames of the case, law enforcement officers arrested 4 persons involved in the crime as defendants.
Relevant procedural and investigative actions into the case continue.
The investigation into the incident is underway under Article 126, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
