As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Kobuleti Police Division under Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested E.K., born in 1972, on charges of domestic violence and failure to fulfill obligations under the protective order.
The committed crime envisions up to 2 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the defendant violated the obligation under the protective order issued by the court - established communication with his former spouse and physically assaulted her.
Law enforcement officers arrested E.K. as a defendant.
The investigation is in progress under Articles 126 and 381 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
