As a result of operational-search measures and investigative activities, officers of Isani-Samgori Police Main Division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of the conducted operational-search measures and investigative activities, arrested previously convicted A.S., born in 1991, for armed robbery.
The committed crime envisions imprisonment for a term of up to 7 years.
The investigation established that the accused person, physically assaulted the operator of the “3G” gas station in Tbilisi - G.O., born in 1960, and illegally appropriated money using a cold steel.
As a result of operational-search measures and investigative actions, the police arrested A.S. as an accused person.
The investigation is in progress under Article 179 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which refers to armed robbery.
