The investigation established that the accused person illegally entered an apartment in Tbilisi for the purpose of theft, where he illegally took possession of a citizen's belongings.
As a result of the conducted investigative and operational measures, police arrested Z.M. as an accused person.
During the personal search and search activities held in his residential home, law enforcement officers seized as evidence items stolen by Z.M. at various times and a lockpick - the so-called "Atmechka".
The investigation is in progress under Article 177, Part II, Subparagraph "a" and Part III, Subparagraph "g" of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
