Officers of the Racha Lechkhumi and Lentekhi District Divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia arrested L.J., born in 1992, on charges of drug trafficking.
Crime committed envisions imprisonment from 6 to 12 years.
During the search of the defendant L.J.'s residence, auxiliary building, and homestead, law enforcement officers seized approximately 200 plants of the narcotic plant "cannabis" as evidence, planted and cultivated by the detainee, in particularly large quantities.
The investigation is ongoing under Article 265, Part 3, Subparagraph “a” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
