As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of the Tbilisi Main Division of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested F.K., born in 1997, on charges of illegal purchase, storage, preparation for sale and attempted sale of large amount of narcotic drugs.
Crimes committed envision imprisonment up to 20 years.
During a personal search of the detainee, as well as from the locations indicated by the detainee, law enforcement officers seized 5 packages of the narcotic drug "Methadone" as evidence which was stored for further selling.
The investigation is ongoing under Article 260, Part 2, Article 18-260 Tertia, Part 5, as well as Article 19-260 Tertia, Parts 5 and 4 of the Criminal Code.
