The officers of Tbilisi Main Division of Patrol Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative and investigative activities detained three persons- V.G. (DoB 1993) G.S. (DoB 1988) and S.S. (DoB 1988) in Tbilisi for violence committed in group against two or more people.
Committed crime envisages up to 2 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that being under the alcohol influence, detainees physically assaulted the journalist of “Formula” TV company - V.S. (DoB 1985) and relative of his spouse N.M. (DoB 1985) on the basis of conflict.
Patrol Police officers detained all three offenders as a result of immediate investigative activities.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of violence committed in group against two or more people, article 126-1 part “B” and “C” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
