The employees of Kvemo Kartli Police Main Division of the Patrol Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search measures and investigative actions, detained the driver, T.Ch. (DoB 2003) involved in the traffic accident on the road connecting Marneuli-Bolnisi.
The investigation established that the mentioned person was moving on the road with four passengers in a vehicle under his control, when a traffic accident occurred, as a result of which two minors on foot died, one of them on the spot, and the other in a medical facility.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 276 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
