As a result of immediate operative measures and investigative activities, officers of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested Z.M., born in 1963, for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions up to 15 years in prison.
The investigation established that on June 29 of the current year, the accused person, on the basis of a conflict, wounded G.B., born in 1986, with a cold steel in Tbilisi and fled the crime scene.
The wounded G.B. died on the spot as a result of the inflicted injuries.
As a result of the implemented operative measures, law enforcement officers arrested Z.M. shortly after the incident.
The investigation is underway under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which refers to premeditated murder.
