As a result of operational measures and investigative actions conducted by the employees of Racha Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, previously convicted Sh.G., born in 1987, was detained for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that in the village of Kedisubani, Ambrolauri district, the accused Sh.G. inflicted life-threatening injuries to K.V. with a blunt object during an argument. As a result, K.V. died.
The investigation is underway under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
