As a result of operational measures and investigative actions, officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division of the Patrol Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested previously convicted N.M., born in 1999, for facilitating the illegal sale of narcotics.
The committed crime envisions up to 10 years of imprisonment.
Law enforcement officers in Tbilisi seized as evidence the narcotic drug “dried marijuana” illegally purchased and stored by N.M., and packaged for sale.
The police arrested N.M. as an accused person.
An investigation into the fact of facilitating the illegal sale of narcotics is in progress under Article 260 (4) of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
